On 16th September 2011 we received our new BEE certificate which indicates that our South African clients now receive 110% procurement recognition towards their own BEE scorecards when purchasing from us.  Notwithstanding this, Romano has always promoted equitable employment (EE) practices. The Romano Group has successfully completed the supply and installation of spectacular high-level signage at Vodacom’s new distribution centre on the Foreshore in Cape Town. This was not a typical installation as the signage was installed onto glass panels using stainless steel fixings and aluminium support frames. The signage is internally-illuminated by means of low-voltage energy-efficient LED lamps and is enhanced by the background multi-coloured LED feature lighting display which was provided by others.
